Add Google reviews to Same.new

Same.new builds Next.js sites, so the RepU script belongs in your root layout using the Script component. Ask Same to add it, then redeploy.

    Copy your code

    In RepU, open your widget, choose light or dark and left or right, then click Copy next to the embed snippet. You will paste it into the chat in the next step.

    Ask Same to add it

    In Same.new, open your project. Paste this into the chat, then paste your code underneath:
    Add this script to my root layout using the Next.js Script component, so it loads on every page. Keep the data-repu attribute exactly as it is. Do not change anything else.

    Redeploy your site

    Redeploy from Same.new, then open your live site to see your Google reviews.

Not showing?

Check your live site in a private window, not the editor or preview. A domain-locked widget only shows on your own domain.

A plain script tag in JSX may not run, so make sure Same used the Script component. Redeploy after the change.
