Add Google reviews to BigCommerce

BigCommerce has Script Manager built in, so there is no theme code to edit. Add the RepU script once, set it to load in the footer of all pages, and your Google reviews go live.

    Copy your code

    In RepU, open your widget, choose light or dark and left or right, then click Copy next to the embed snippet.

    Add it in Script Manager

    In BigCommerce, go to Storefront, then Script Manager, and click Create a Script. Set Placement to Footer and Location to All pages, choose Script as the type, and paste your code.

    Save your changes

    Click Save, then open your live store to see your Google reviews.

Not showing?

Check your live site in a private window, not the editor or preview. A domain-locked widget only shows on your own domain.

Check the script is set to All pages and the footer. If your store has a cookie banner, the script category you chose may stop it loading until visitors accept.
