Add Google reviews to Astro

Most Astro sites share one layout file across every page. Paste the RepU script into that layout once, redeploy, and your Google reviews show up site-wide.

    Copy your code

    In RepU, open your widget, choose light or dark and left or right, then click Copy next to the embed snippet.

    Paste it into your layout

    Open your shared layout file, usually src/layouts/Layout.astro. Paste your code just before the closing </body> tag. Every page that uses this layout will load it.

    Build and deploy

    Build your site and deploy it to your host, then open your live site to see your Google reviews.

Not showing?

Check your live site in a private window, not the editor or preview. A domain-locked widget only shows on your own domain.

If you use View Transitions, the script may not run again when you move between pages. Add is:inline to the script tag, or reload the page to check.
